I am working for an innovative company. We are looking for people with proper expertise in automation and complex motion control projects to join the team. Probably I am looking in the wrong places as cannot find many and now decided to go directly to this forum and ask for advice :)
May be you know some specific social groups and communities with such freelance specialists, or may be there are some trainings and we will have an option to grow our own guys? or something?

I will be really grateful for any direction and really feel lost and this field is not familiar to me so far.
