Hi,
As per command reference manual,

TL: Motor continuous torque
TK: Motor Peak Torque
and TL value < TK value. This should be applicable to all motors.

In contrast to this, for some motors, It is observed that motor is running away with the above format. Motor velocity increases gradually to a high value and then stop, these oscillations occur repetitively. and when I reverse the settings, like TK> TL, motor works fine.

please help me why this happens and how to correct it.

Dear Andriy Stasyuk,

I am using Tetra compact motor with 12 bit resolver and coopley drive. motor number: TC 40 0.32 01 with resolver option.
catalogue was mailed.
